Everything was great, so were exceptionally good views up to the mountains. The location was magnificent, just a short stroll away from Plage d'albigny Beach. The restaurant was lovely for breakfast. No complaint, had a really great stay in a terrific town.

Friendly efficient hotel about 10 minutes walk from the town centre. We chose it because it was a convenient stop-off point on our way to the Trois Vallee area and were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the place.

Absolutely perfect location in the city center
Affable staff, everything was great. the breakfast was savoury and tasty with croissant, salami, and had something for everyone. - the hotel is adjacent to a 45-minute walk along the lake and the old town centre

stayed at this hotel on way back from ski resort to break up our long journey home. Quality and comfort of rooms were very good. (No coffee available in the rooms - only tea!! so take your own if you can't do without.) Staff were helpful and friendly. Would stay here again.

The hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The staff were friendly and the basic amenities provided were sufficient for my family. The rooms were comfortable, with a fantastic view of the mountains and a nice little patio to relax on. Additionally, the location is close to good restaurants, in a quiet neighborhood but not far from a big garden for you to enjoy. It's also within a 15-minute walk to the lake, allowing for easy access to activities like boat hire.
All was well, no improvements needed.

Clean, comfortable beds, convenient out-of-town location with plenty parking space, quiet (garden-side rooms), pleasant staff, all that at a reasonable price.
The season was abnormally cold for July and there was no way our room could be heated : the A/C unit can work only to produce cold, the electric wall heater in the room was disconnected.
